anorexictube complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and protects the rights of creators. If your copyrighted work appears on this site without permission, you can file a DMCA notice through our contact form. Valid requests will be reviewed and acted upon quickly.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To be effective, your notice must include all of the following details:

  1. Your contact details
Provide your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted material
Identify the work you own. A list may be provided if multiple works are involved.
  3. Location of the infringing content
Include the exact URL(s) on anorexictube where the material is located.
  4. Good faith statement
A declaration that you believe, in good faith, that the disputed use is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the details in your notice are correct and that you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  6. Signature
A physical or electronic signature is required. A typed full name is acceptable for electronic submissions.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification via our contact form. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your complete contact information.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location on anorexictube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to error or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where anorexictube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We may restore the content within 10 business days of receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed legal proceedings.

Repeat Violators

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright law may face suspension or termination of their accounts. Infringing content may also be removed without prior warning.

False Claims

Knowingly submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices may expose you to legal liability, including damages and attorney fees. If you are unsure of your rights, please consult a legal professional before filing.
